My name is an 'Arabic' word that means eloquent. I like that it has this connection to communication…kind of fitting, since a lot of what I do involves designing and telling stories clearly.
I studied Economics at 'LUMS' (2020) in 'Lahore, Pakistan', where I first fell in love with systems thinking and solving messy real-world problems. Later, I got my Master’s in 'Computer Graphics from Purdue University' (2023), where I dove headfirst into the world of human-computer interaction. That mix of left-brain logic and right-brain creativity still defines how I work today.
I’ve lived in Lahore, Indiana, San Jose, and now Seattle chasing opportunities, community, and a sense of home. Along the way, I’ve picked up new routines, swapped weather extremes, and added a few thousand miles to my story.
When not immersed in work, you'll likely find me 'writing about design', taking 'pictures' or collecting artifacts from around the world. I semi-regularly also maintain a list of books I've read (below).
